Orders & Payment

Orders placed through the online store are subject to product availability and price confirmation. For bank transfer payments, orders remain in “Awaiting Payment” status until proof of payment is received and verified.

Quotations

Formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations can be converted into orders upon acceptance.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (N$) and include VAT where indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
